Shine and Smile is led by two clinic owners: Dr. Neha Kapoor Mediratta at the Rohini clinic and Dr. Saras Mediratta at the Farash Khana clinic. Together with their dental and support team, they deliver consultation-first, comfort-focused care across both locations.

BDS | Clinical and academic experience of 10+ years

Dr. Neha Kapoor Mediratta is an experienced dental professional with over a decade of clinical and academic expertise in comprehensive dental care. She completed her BDS at Sudha Rastogi Dental College and also pursued advanced modern endodontic training. Her background includes roles as an honorary dental surgeon, junior resident at ESIC Dental Hospital, and tutor at ESIC Dental College. Since 2014, she has led Shine and Smile in Rohini with a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Saras Mediratta is an experienced periodontist and implantologist with over a decade of focused clinical practice. He specializes in gum treatments, dental implants, and comprehensive periodontal care for long-term oral health and aesthetics. Alongside private practice since 2012, he has contributed to dental education as an associate professor and has published research in reputed journals. His clinical style combines precision, comfort, and personalized care plans.

Dr. Ajay Yadav graduated from Government Dental College, Puducherry in 2010 and completed MDS in Orthodontics in 2015. He has advanced training in Invisalign aligners and is experienced in braces, aligners, and airway-focused myofunctional growth-modulation appliances. His previous roles include center head at CHHS dispensary Aliganj and senior resident orthodontist at BMH Pitampura, with multiple national and international publications.

Dr. Nazia Hilal supports consultation and treatment planning as a consultant dental surgeon. She contributes to a smooth patient journey through attentive communication and practical care guidance.
